We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented independent contractor to perform early-morning inventory checks at our Southwest Florida storage locations three days a week. This is a straightforward, recurring assignment for someone who is organized, punctual, and comfortable working independently. You'll be our eyes on the ground, making sure parts are arriving, returns are going out, and installer trucks are stocked correctly.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Hours:
6:30 AM - 12:00PM Route:
Start at our Cape Coral storage facility at 6:30 AM, then drive to our Bonita Springs facilityCompensation:
Paid a flat rate per location visited What You'll Do Verify incoming parts against the day's delivery list and confirm what has arrived and what has not Inspect all parts on hand for damage and document any issues with photos and notes Confirm that scheduled returns have been picked up by the distributor and flag anything still sitting Perform inventory of parts on each installer's truck and report what's on board Meet installers as they load out and confirm they have the correct parts for the day's jobs Report findings to the Parts and Installer Manager the same morning (text/photo/simple checklist) What You'll Need Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — you'll be driving between Cape Coral and Bonita Springs each scheduled day Guaranteed availability every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:30 AM to noon Punctuality — the 6:30 AM start is firm, as installers are loading out for the day A smartphone for photos and reporting Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic checklists/spreadsheets Ability to lift and handle auto glass and related parts safely (up to ~50 lbs) Auto glass, auto parts, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on what to look for. Who This Is Good For Retirees, semi-retired tradespeople, students with morning availability, or anyone looking for consistent part-time work with a predictable schedule and no evenings.
