We are seeking skilled and motivated Auto Glass Technicians to join our team on a commission-only basis. If you have your own tools and van, and are experienced in auto glass services including ADAS, we want to hear from you! As an Auto Glass Technician at AutoGlass Xpress, you will be responsible for providing professional auto glass repair and replacement services, as well as performing ADAS calibrations. This is a commission-based (1099) role . You must supply your own tools and van. You will interact directly with customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. •Duties• Perform auto glass repairs and replacements on various vehicles. Conduct ADAS calibration and ensure proper functioning of driver assistance systems. Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair, replacement, or calibration procedures. Ensure all work meets industry standards and AutoGlass Xpress guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Manage your own schedule to ensure timely completion of jobs. Keep your tools and van in excellent working condition. Clearly communicate with customers about the services provided and any additional recommendations. •Requirements• FIll out a W9 All required insurance for Auto Glass and ADAS Calibrations Proven experience as an auto glass technician. Experience with ADAS calibration is required. Own a reliable van and necessary tools for auto glass repair, replacement, and ADAS calibration. Strong knowledge of auto glass repair, replacement techniques, and ADAS systems. Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills. •Compensation• Commission-based pay at $80-160 per Glass job completed. Commission-based pay at $80-125 per ADAS completed. Potential for high earnings based on job volume and efficiency.
