This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, applying specialized tinting films to improve heat rejection, UV protection, and privacy. Your craftsmanship will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and vehicle value, making each day rewarding and engaging. Duties Precisely measure and cut window tinting films to fit various vehicle windows using hand tools and power tools Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and removing existing adhesives or debris to ensure optimal tint adhesion Apply tint films smoothly and accurately, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections for a flawless finish Use specialized equipment such as heat guns and squeegees to secure the film and ensure long-lasting results Assist with auto glass installation, including side and rear windows, ensuring proper fitment and sealing Conduct vehicle inspections post-tinting for quality control, ensuring compliance with safety standards including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration requirements Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all procedures Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Knowledge of auto glass installation, auto body repair, or vehicle maintenance is advantageous Hands-on experience with window tinting techniques and materials is essential Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for precise work Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts or equipment safely during installation processes Basic understanding of automotive systems, including ADAS calibration procedures after glass or tinting work Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills in vehicle detailing and assembly processes Physical stamina to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods during installations Join us in delivering top-tier automotive services!
