Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tinter to join our automotive service team in <

>. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle window tinting and automotive customization, with a strong understanding of vehicle aesthetics and safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable dealership or auto shop, providing high-quality tinting services that enhance vehicle appearance and privacy. Candidates should possess a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Apply window tint film to various vehicle windows with precision and attention to detail Prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces and removing old tint or debris before application Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely during installation Ensure all tinting adheres evenly without bubbles, creases, or imperfections Assist with other automotive services such as glass installation, detailing, or minor repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Follow dealership or shop standards for quality control and customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in window tinting, auto glass installation, or automotive customization is preferred Dealership experience or background in automotive repair is a plus Knowledge of ADAS systems, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance enhances versatility Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques Familiarity with auto estimating processes and vehicle detailing procedures Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality workmanship Good understanding of automotive safety standards and procedures Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination Prior mechanic experience or automotive repair background is advantageous for troubleshooting and understanding vehicle systems This position requires a dedicated individual with a passion for automotive work who is committed to delivering exceptional service. Candidates should be prepared to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
