Job Description
PPF Installer New Studio, West Palm Beach Auto Wax USA | 8040 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 Full time. In person. Hiring now. Clean bays. Real equipment. No selling. We opened a brand new surface protection studio in West Palm Beach and we need one more film installer. You already know how to wrap a front end. This is not about whether you can do the work. It is about whether where you are doing it right now is worth staying at. Come here if any of this sounds familiar: You are installing in a bay that is too dusty to do clean work in You are fighting a plotter that is out of date or borrowed You are selling the job, writing the job, and installing the job Your pay changed when the shop got busy You are good and nobody there can tell the difference None of that happens at AutoWAX USA. What you get Daily Rate base plus production. We show you the math before you accept. Climate-controlled, contamination-controlled bays with proper inspection lighting Current plotter and pattern software. All film, tools, and consumables provided. A front counter that sells. You install. That is the whole job. Certification. SunTek, and Llumar Employee discount on the full retail catalog Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Occasional Saturdays. No mobile installs, no split shifts, no on-call. Lead Technician track. We are adding bays. We promote from inside first. What you do Install paint protection film on customer, dealer, and fleet vehicles. Partial fronts, full fronts, track packages, full wraps. Plotter patterns and bulk work. Prep, decon, light correction, trim removal and reinstall, edge work, warranty registration, photos. Ceramic coating over film when it is sold. Tint Window yes, but tint is not the job. What we need Minimum Three years of hands-on PPF installation You can cut and fit from bulk, not just pre-cut Valid Florida driver's license and an insurable record You can pass a background check and drug screen That is the list. If you have certifications, correction experience, coating experience, or exotic time, say so and it moves you to the top of our list. The standard So you know exactly what you are walking into. Every car gets checked for this: No lifted edges. No trapped dust. No relief cuts on sight lines. No blade marks, ever. No silvering on curves. Trim back on with nothing broken. Car leaves cleaner than it came in. If you read that and thought "obviously," apply. How to apply Hit apply. Attach photos or a video of your own work if you have them handy. If you do not, apply anyway and send them after. We read applications daily and we respond within 24 hours. If it looks like a fit, we bring you in for a paid working interview . You get paid for the day whether we hire you or not, because we would rather watch you work than read about it. Auto Wax USA has been protecting paint in South Florida since 2002. How to apply Apply through Indeed with your resume, and include either a link to your work or photos attached. We will look at the photos before we look at the resume. In your application, tell us three things: The hardest panel or vehicle you have ever wrapped and how you handled it Whether you prefer bulk or pre-cut, and why What film brands you have the most hours on Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a paid working interview so we can see your hands, not just your paperwork. Auto Wax USA is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We participate in a drug-free workplace.
