In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while improving UV protection and temperature control. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and ensuring vehicles look their best. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in auto detailing, glass installation, and vehicle maintenance within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Carefully measure and cut window tinting film to fit various vehicle windows with precision. Apply tint films smoothly and securely, ensuring bubble-free finishes and flawless appearance. Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and removing any existing tint or debris. Use hand tools and power tools safely to assist with glass installation, trim adjustments, or minor repairs. Assist with auto glass replacement, auto body repair, and vehicle detailing as needed to maintain high standards. Lift heavy vehicles or parts safely during tinting or repair processes, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized work areas, document completed jobs accurately, and ensure all tools are properly stored after use. Skills Proven dealership experience or automotive background preferred for understanding vehicle systems. Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto glass installation techniques. Skilled in window tinting application with attention to detail for a clean, professional finish. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and auto body repair processes. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques used in automotive work. Experience with auto estimating software is a plus for accurate job assessments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality workmanship.
