Use auto body repair techniques and detailing skills to prepare vehicles for glass installation and ensure a flawless finish. Lift heavy glass components safely, following proper lifting techniques to prevent injury and ensure quality work. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate clearly with customers about the repair process, estimated timelines, and care instructions post-installation. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment. Familiarity with auto glass installation procedures required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license preferred; ability to lift heavy objects safely is essential.
