Aaron's AutoGlass delivers top-tier auto glass repair, replacement, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) camera recalibrations. We serve our customers wherever they need us, offering both mobile service at their location and in-shop repairs. Position Overview We are currently seeking an Experienced Auto Glass Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on industry experience. In this role, you will service customers both in-shop and on-location, performing high-quality installations across all auto glass types including windshields, door glass, back glass, sunroofs, and window regulators while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform mobile and in-shop removal, installation, and repair of all types of automotive glass (windshields, door glass, back glass, sunroofs). Diagnose and repair/replace window regulators and components. Execute ADAS camera recalibrations following safety standards. Deliver outstanding customer service by walking customers through completed work and maintaining a clean, professional job site. Manage daily scheduling and route navigation efficiently using a mobile device/smartphone. Exercise strong problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected installation challenges safely and effectively.
