Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer Rockville, MD ( Will pay for relocation ) Full-Time in-person 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Flexible days: Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Mon-Sat possible Overtime / longer-week expectation possible

Client is specializes in high-end automotive services, including car detailing, paint protection film (PPF) application, window tinting, and ceramic coating. We work primarily with luxury vehicle owners who expect top-tier service and attention to detail. Our reputation is built on quality, professionalism, and a deep passion for automotive care. We are a fast-paced, dynamic business dedicated to delivering exceptional service and streamlined operations. Our focus is on exceptional craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and working with high-end and luxury vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) (XPEL) at expert level to various areas of vehicles, including hoods, bumpers, fenders, side mirrors, and doors. Work with high-end, exotic, luxury vehicles. Interact professionally/courteously with clients, providing excellent customer service Ensure film is applied with precision; cutting, trimming, shaping as necessary Conduct final inspections of installations to ensure highest standard of workmanship is met.
Qualifications:
3+ years as a PPF Installer, with a proven track record of high-quality installations. Experience working with luxury, exotic vehicles is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service. Work in fast-paced environments, lift up to 35lbs, remain on your feet for extended periods. Novices Need Not Apply.
