As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team. About Us For 13 years, we have served the local community with reliable windshield replacement, chip repair, and auto glass installation services. We treat our employees like family and believe in creating a positive, supportive work environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. The Auto Glass Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining automotive glass to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction. This role involves accurate workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and delivering excellent service in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities Remove and Replace auto glass and components following manufacturer specifications Repair chips in vehicle glass Provide professional and courteous customer service Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in auto glass repair and installation Knowledge of windshield repair techniques Skilled with glass cutting tools Familiarity with safety procedures in glass handling Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and effective time management Friendly and professional demeanor Willing to Train the right person
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
