Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Specialist to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the integrity of vehicle finishes. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and inspecting for any existing damage before tint application Measure and cut tinting films precisely using manual glass cutting tools to fit various vehicle windows Apply window tint films smoothly and securely, ensuring bubble-free finishes and clean edges Operate power tools safely during installation processes, including squeegees, heat guns, and cutting equipment Handle automotive glass materials carefully during installation or removal, including auto glass replacement and repair tasks Assist with other automotive glass services such as repair, fitting, or replacement as needed Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols including power tool safety standards, and ensure proper handling of glass materials Provide excellent customer service by explaining tinting options, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with finished work Skills Proven experience in dealership or automotive shop environments with knowledge of auto body repair and automotive glass services Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, and auto repair procedures Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and automotive glass replacement techniques Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) considerations during window tinting or glass work Ability to operate company vehicles safely for transportation of tools or materials when required Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques used in automotive tinting and glass work Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism Knowledge of heavy lifting practices necessary for handling large or heavy automotive glass components Understanding of auto estimating processes related to repairs or modifications involving glass or tinting services Mechanical aptitude combined with attention to detail ensures high-quality results in all tasks undertaken Join us as a Window Tint Specialist where your craftsmanship will transform vehicles while delivering top-tier service.
