Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Auto Glass Installer to perform windshield repairs and replacements within dealership service drives. This is a hands-on technician role with steady workflow, strong earning potential, and clear expectations. Installers represent Auto Glass World on the service drive and are expected to deliver high-quality installations while maintaining professional communication with dealership staff and customers. Key Responsibilities Auto Glass Installation Perform windshield repairs and replacements according to company procedures and safety standards Follow OEM requirements and best practices Identify vehicles requiring ADAS calibration and coordinate as directed Service Drive Operations Verify glass damage and vehicle condition at intake Coordinate workflow with service advisors and parts departments Maintain accurate job documentation Quality Control & Delivery Conduct post-installation inspections and clean-up Ensure vehicles are returned to customers safely and professionally Professional Standards Maintain tools, materials, and work areas Follow company policies, dealership guidelines, and safety protocols Qualifications Auto glass installation experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and workmanship Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Pay & Compensation Hourly pay plus production bonuses / commissions Typical weekly earnings: $1,500+ , based on volume and performance Consistent, year-round work Schedule & Location Full-time, within dealership operating hours On-site at partnered dealership service centers
