Sandia Window Cleaning is hiring dependable, hard-working Window Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques Remove and reinstall window screens Clean window tracks, frames, and sills Operate water-fed pole systems, ladders, squeegees, and other professional equipment safely Communicate professionally with customers Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow all company safety procedures Represent Sandia Window Cleaning with professionalism and integrity Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Customer service experience is a plus Window cleaning experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Paid training Commission-based pay 100% of customer tips go directly to you Company vehicle provided during work hours Professional equipment and uniforms Consistent year-round work Positive team environment Schedule Full-time Approximately 30-40 hours per week Monday through Friday Occasional weekend work based on customer demand Compensation This is a commission-based position with no hourly pay . Your commission rate is based on your experience, performance, and reliability. Additional Ways to Earn 100% of all customer tips are yours to keep. $10 bonus for every 5-star Google review you earn. Travel bonuses for jobs outside Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Upsell bonuses for services like screens, door tracks, solar panels, skylights, and premium cleaning packages.
