The ideal candidate will be responsible for replacing, repairing, and installing auto glass with precision and attention to detail. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical skills, and experience working with various tools and materials. The Auto Glass Technician will ensure high-quality service while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction. Duties Remove and replace damaged or broken auto glass using specialized tools and techniques Install new glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows, ensuring proper fit and seal. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively during installations Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and replacements as needed Requirements Proven auto glass experience. Auto glass installation. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or heavy glass components Experience with vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, and detailing is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Prior experience with cutting flat glass for heavy machinery a plus.
