DOE Hours:

8a-5p (some before or after hours work may be required) As an Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of auto glass on a variety of vehicles. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and their vehicles are safe and restored to their original condition. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair auto glass on a variety of vehicles, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. Inspect vehicles for damage and provide accurate assessments and recommendations for repair or replacement. Ensure high-quality installations and repairs using industry-standard tools and techniques. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and answering questions about the repair or replacement process. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto glass technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of auto glass installation and repair techniques. Proficiency with tools and equipment used in auto glass repair and replacement. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry heavy glass and equipment.
