In this energetic role, you will specialize in installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass with precision and care. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is detail oriented.
STARTING PAY
$30 an hour! Responsibilities Remove damaged or broken auto glass safely using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols Install new auto glass with precision, ensuring proper fitment and sealing to prevent leaks and wind noise Conduct inspections of vehicles to assess the condition of existing glass, window mechanisms, and related components Perform ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration after windshield replacement to ensure optimal vehicle safety features Apply window tinting films to enhance vehicle aesthetics and UV protection, following industry standards Assist with auto body repair tasks such as minor dent removal or panel alignment when necessary Use mechanical knowledge and assembly skills to support vehicle maintenance and glass installation processes efficiently Qualifications Prior dealership experience or automotive service background highly preferred Familiarity with auto glass installation, assembly, and detailing techniques Knowledge of ADAS systems and experience with their calibration Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required for safe handling of large glass components Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures, including auto body repair and vehicle maintenance Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various tools effectively for precise installations Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship Join us in delivering top-tier auto glass services that keep vehicles safe, stylish, and road-ready.
