Join our dynamic team as a Lead Window Tinter and take charge of delivering top-tier vehicle window tinting services! In this energetic role, you will oversee the window tinting process, ensuring precision, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a leader in automotive enhancement, you'll guide a skilled team through complex tinting projects, vehicle glass installations, and related automotive modifications. Duties Lead and coordinate window tinting projects on a variety of vehicles, ensuring flawless application with attention to detail. Supervise team members during tinting, glass installation, and vehicle detailing to maintain high-quality standards. Perform vehicle assessments to determine appropriate tinting options, including specialty films like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) sensors. Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, and auto glass installation equipment safely and effectively. Oversee heavy lifting and mechanical tasks related to vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and glass replacement. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices while maintaining efficiency. Train team members on new techniques in window tinting, auto estimating, and vehicle assembly processes to promote continuous improvement. Requirements Proven automotive window tint experience. A steadfast attention to detail. Familiarity with ADAS technology and how it interacts with tinted windows or glass installations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team of technicians. At least 2 years experience working in the automotive window tint field.

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
