Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, masking, and removing existing coatings or debris to ensure optimal adhesion of films. Handle automotive glass materials safely during installation, repair, or replacement processes, adhering strictly to safety protocols for power tools and heavy lifting. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site jobs or customer appointments while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and routine checks. Ensure quality control by inspecting finished installations for bubbles, scratches, or imperfections; perform detailing as needed to meet high standards of presentation. Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive service experience with a focus on auto glass repair, replacement, or fitting is highly desirable. Strong mechanical skills combined with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures such as power tool safety protocols. Knowledge of automotive glass materials handling, heavy lifting techniques, and auto body repair processes. Experience with window tinting techniques including film application and removal; familiarity with PPF installation is a plus. Ability to interpret auto estimating procedures and communicate effectively with customers regarding service options. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; comfortable operating company vehicles as needed.
