This position is ideal for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains extremely low warranty rates, and is capable of handling a wide variety of automotive glass repairs and replacements independently. We are looking for a technician who can become the technical leader of our field operations and help train future technicians as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities Perform windshield replacements Replace door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and vent glass Diagnose and replace window regulators Perform sunroof glass replacements and repairs Complete static and dynamic ADAS calibrations Follow OEM installation procedures and safety standards Maintain proper documentation and work orders Communicate professionally with customers Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Assist with training and mentoring future technicians Support company quality standards and procedures Qualifications Required Minimum 5+ years of professional auto glass experience Proven ability to independently perform all major automotive glass replacements Strong knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures Experience with mobile installations Ability to perform 5-6 quality installations per day Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred AGSC Certified Technician NGA Certification Experience training technicians Experience with advanced ADAS systems Experience with luxury and European vehicles What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Produces clean, professional installations Maintains near-zero warranty work Takes ownership of every job Shows strong attention to detail Works independently with minimal supervision Demonstrates professionalism with customers Has a positive attitude and leadership mindset Wants to grow with a company long-term Performance Expectations Consistently complete 5-6 installations daily Maintain exceptional quality standards Keep warranty work and callbacks to an absolute minimum Follow company procedures and OEM standards Help train future technicians as the company expands Why Join Apex Auto Glass?
