Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee , you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the skills and procedures required for professional auto glass repair and replacement.

Your responsibilities will include:

Learn professional windshield repair, rock chip repair, and crack repair techniques Assist with windshield replacement and auto glass installation Learn ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera recalibration procedures Inspect vehicle glass and learn to identify appropriate repair or replacement solutions Educate customers about windshield repair versus replacement Learn to recommend additional vehicle care services, including: Window tint installation Hail damage repair Headlight restoration Mobile auto glass services Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist with appointment scheduling and daily shop operations Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional work environment Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
