We're growing and hiring across three lanes: Auto Glass Technician (experienced) — $15/hour [+ incentive pay if applicable] Window Tint Technician (experienced) — $15/hour [+ incentive pay if applicable] Seasonal / Trainee (either trade) — starting $9/hour, we'll train the right hands-on person What you'll do:
Auto Glass:
remove and install windshields, door, back, and quarter glass; set to OEM standards with proper urethane/adhesive; assist with ADAS recalibrations.
Window Tint:
cut, shrink, and apply automotive and flat-glass film cleanly — bubble-free, crisp edges; handle tint removals.
Both:
keep your bay clean, safe, and organized; quality first — no comebacks. What we're looking for: Experienced roles: hands-on experience in auto glass install OR window film/tint Trainee role: strong mechanical aptitude, reliable, eager to learn Pride in quality and attention to detail Valid driver's license (some mobile/road jobs); bilingual a plus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Weekends off.

Estamos creciendo y contratando en tres áreas: Técnico de Parabrisas / Vidrios (con experiencia) — $15/hora [+ pago por trabajo si aplica] Técnico de Polarizado / Tinte (con experiencia) — $15/hora [+ pago por trabajo si aplica] Temporal / Aprendiz (cualquier oficio) — empieza en $9/hora, entrenamos a la persona correcta Lo que harás:
Vidrios:
quitar e instalar parabrisas, vidrios de puerta, traseros y de cuarto; instalar según estándares OEM con uretano/adhesivo adecuado; ayudar con calibración de cámara ADAS.
Polarizado:
cortar, encoger y aplicar película automotriz y de vidrio plano de forma limpia — sin burbujas, bordes precisos; remover tinte cuando se requiera.
Ambos:
mantener tu área limpia, segura y organizada; calidad primero — sin retrabajos.
Lo que buscamos:
Puestos con experiencia: experiencia práctica en instalación de vidrios O en polarizado / film Puesto de aprendiz: buena aptitud manual/mecánica, responsable, con ganas de aprender Orgullo por la calidad y atención al detalle Licencia de conducir vigente (algunos trabajos móviles); bilingüe es un plus
Horario:
