Job Description

Window Tint & Film Technician
STOP'N GO AUTO GLASS
Laredo, TX Job Details Full-time $14 - $18 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Plotters Cutting English Driver's License Window tinting Hand tools
Full Job Description Description:
Stop'N Go Auto Industries is Laredo's full-service shop — window tint, paint protection film, ExoShield windshield film, ceramic coating, auto glass, and ADAS calibration. We're an LLumar certified installer and we've been doing this here for over ten years. THE JOB You're our film guy. Not just tint — film.
Window tint:
cut, shrink, and lay automotive film clean. No bubbles, no light gaps, no contamination. Tint removals too. Paint protection film (PPF): partial fronts, full fronts, full-body wraps. Edges tucked, no lifting.
ExoShield:
windshield protection film on customer vehicles and fleet units. Flat glass film on commercial jobs when they come in. Keep your bay clean and your glass clean — most film failures are contamination, not skill. If you've only done tint, that's fine. We'll train you on PPF and ExoShield. But you need to already know film. PAY $15-$18/hour, depending on what you can actually do. Top of the range is for installers who handle PPF and ExoShield on their own, not just tint. Paid weekly, every Friday. Every candidate does a paid half-day working interview before we hire, and that's where the rate gets set. Demo panels and shop vehicles first, never a customer's car. You get paid for that day either way.
YOU NEED
