About Gravity Graphics Gravity Graphics is a growing custom graphics, window film, paint protection film, and vehicle wrap company serving Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Teton Valley, Idaho. We specialize in premium installations for daily drivers, luxury vehicles, commercial fleets, and specialty projects. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Window Film Technician who can produce high-quality installations with minimal supervision and take pride in craftsmanship. Position Summary The Automotive Window Film Technician will be responsible for performing professional window tint installations on a variety of vehicles while maintaining exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction. This position is intended for an experienced installer who can independently complete full vehicle installations without requiring extensive training. Responsibilities Install automotive window film on cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and specialty vehicles. Hand cut and/or utilize plotter-cut patterns accurately. Shrink and fit rear windows cleanly and efficiently. Prepare glass surfaces properly to eliminate contamination. Inspect completed installations for defects before delivery. Maintain a clean work area and installation bay. Communicate material needs and inventory requirements. Assist with paint protection film and vehicle wrap projects when needed. Assist with Architectural window film projects when needed. Maintain company quality standards and installation procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Must Have Minimum 3 years professional automotive window tint installation experience. Ability to tint complete vehicles independently. Experience shrinking complex rear windows. Experience working with ceramic and carbon films. Valid driver's license. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Professional appearance and communication skills.
Preferred Experience with:
XPEL SunTek Llumar 3M Paint Protection Film installation experience. Vehicle wrap installation experience. Flat glass film experience. What Success Looks Like A successful candidate can: Tint a full sedan without supervision. Tint a full pickup truck cleanly and efficiently. Shrink rear windows with minimal fingers or contamination. Deliver vehicles with no visible light gaps, debris, creases, or edge failures. Maintain consistent quality while working on multiple vehicles per day.
