Job Description

Veterans encouraged to apply We're looking for experienced and motivated service technicians to join our ever-evolving team. The Experienced European Service Technician is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of technicians in the efficient and effective repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Responsibilities Technical Expertise:
Diagnose and repair complex automotive problems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Team Leadership:
Assign tasks to technicians based on their skills and experience. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians. Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to quality standards. Train and develop technicians to improve their skills.
Customer Service:
Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete necessary paperwork, including repair orders and work estimates. Manage inventory of parts and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
Experience :
European experience or other domestic/import brands with 3+ years of experience as a flat rate technician.
Certifications :
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE or Mercedes-Benz technician certifications preferred. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive problems. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards.
