The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. We pay for performance! We have multiple incentive and bonus programs in place to compensate high performers as much as possible (Flat rate, Proficiency-based pay, Tire Changeover Bonuses, Seasonal incentive programs etc.). Schedule Flexibility - (standard here is 4 x 10 hour days, with 3 days off, option for additional hours as necessary) Responsibilities Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics/inspections to identify issues across various vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on all makes and models Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and service tasks. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to aid in troubleshooting and repairs. Execute alignment procedures and maintain powertrain components as required. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience in automotive repair. Proficiency in automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and general vehicle maintenance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Additional pay available for ASE certified technicians (ASE training also available and testing paid for)
