Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to develop their skills in a professional environment. As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Duties Assist in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, including powertrain components and diesel engine repairs. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot automotive electrical systems. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and recommended services. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of automotive technologies. Experience Previous experience in an automotive repair setting is preferred but not required; we welcome recent graduates from automotive programs. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus. Basic understanding of automotive systems, including powertrain components and electrical systems. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. A willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to automotive repair is highly valued.
