Job Description
Sandy Sansing Dealerships are seeking motivated B through D Level Automotive Technicians to join our growing service team. Whether you are building your career or bringing years of dealership experience, we provide the training, equipment, and support needed to help you succeed and advance. Our technicians perform a wide range of maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections and accurately document findings. Complete routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and factory scheduled maintenance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, HVAC, and drivability concerns appropriate to your skill level. Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs following manufacturer procedures. Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and scan tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns. Complete repair orders accurately with detailed documentation. Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and recommendations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training to increase technical knowledge and earning potential. Qualifications Previous automotive repair experience required. Experience as a B, C, or D Level Technician preferred. ASE Certifications are a plus but not required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic computer proficiency.
