Top Service Manager Wanted - Kia / GMC Dealerships Are you a proven Service Manager who knows how to run a high-performing shop, hold people accountable, and drive results? We are looking for a strong, hands-on fixed operations leader to take charge of our Kia/GMC service departments. This is not a sit-back-and-watch role. We need someone who can lead from the front, control workflow, improve technician output, build a winning team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you know how to move the numbers, develop people, and keep a service department operating at a high level, we want to talk to you.

What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of management experience Dealership or service center background preferred Strong knowledge of service operations, KPIs, workflow, and technician productivity Ability to drive accountability, retention, and performance Experience with OEM compliance and service process standards Leadership presence, urgency, and a customer-first mindset
What You'll Do:
Lead the daily operations of the service department Drive production, efficiency, and profitability Improve technician performance and workflow control Coach and develop advisors, technicians, and staff Maintain OEM compliance and operational discipline Build a culture of accountability, consistency, and customer satisfaction This is an opportunity for a leader who wants to own the department, lead a team, and produce results.
