In this energetic role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections, ensuring each vehicle meets safety and quality standards. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless service experience that keeps our customers coming back. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately Conduct basic inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and communicate findings to the service team Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks with precision Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle care questions Skills Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in vehicle maintenance procedures Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, alignments, tire service, and general service technician tasks Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment safely and effectively Ability to lift heavy objects regularly while maintaining proper safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic sales skills to recommend additional services or maintenance needs when appropriate Join us if you're passionate about cars, eager to grow your mechanic experience, and ready to deliver top-quality automotive care in a lively team environment!
