As a vital member of our service team, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and fluid checks, ensuring our customers' vehicles run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and battery checks using hand tools and power tools Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing basic vehicle concerns with professionalism Assist senior technicians with diagnostic procedures and mechanical repairs as needed Lift heavy tires, batteries, and other automotive parts safely while adhering to safety protocols Experience Dealership experience or automotive service background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Mechanical knowledge related to standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and basic repairs is a plus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques is beneficial Prior experience in vehicle maintenance or tire service can help accelerate your growth in this role Customer service experience is advantageous as you'll interact directly with customers to support their vehicle needs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in a physically active environment is essential A proactive attitude towards learning new skills in automotive repair, maintenance, and sales will set you apart Embark on an exciting journey into the automotive industry with us!
