Sandy Sansing Nissan Foley is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them, aiming to maximize reliability and functionality. Pay to determined based upon experience.

Automotive Service Technician Job Responsibilities:

Technicians with good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sought. They are well-versed in complex mechanical or electronic systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They must also be good communicators to provide results to advisory staff. Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g., leaks) Keep logs for conditions, causes and remedies on repair order hard copies.

Automotive Service Technician Job Requirements:

Proven experience as Automotive Service Technician. Well-rounded knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic diagnostic systems and methods. Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc. Able physical condition with high school diploma is preferred; Vocational certification and / or ASE certs are a definite plus. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to be on your feet majority of the workday.
