Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated ASE Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools Complete repairs efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Document all work performed clearly on repair orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and management Stay current with evolving automotive technology and training Qualifications ASE Certification required (multiple certifications preferred) 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $25-$45/hour No weekends - excellent work/life balance Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Air conditioned shop Why Join Buster Miles?
