What you will enjoy doing Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, safety features, and overall vehicle condition to ensure reliability and roadworthiness Diagnose and resolve issues in engines, transmissions, suspension, braking, and electrical systems using structured troubleshooting Perform timely repairs and replacements on tires, brakes, bearings, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to minimize downtime Execute preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and precise lubrication to extend equipment life Test vehicle systems after repairs to confirm functionality and compliance with company standards and regulations Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and inspection documentation Communicate repair recommendations to management and schedule warranty work with equipment manufacturers Uphold a clean, organized work environment while strictly following safety protocols and handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials properly What makes you great Uphold rigorous safety protocols to protect teammates and customers while maintaining an organized, hazard-free workspace Bring at least three years of commercial vehicle maintenance experience covering engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, suspensions, and braking systems Hold Automotive Service Excellence certifications or equivalent expertise and actively pursue ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies Communicate clearly with management and drivers, deliver precise documentation, and take responsibility for proactive recommendations to prevent downtime Manage multiple work orders efficiently, prioritize preventative maintenance, and ensure quality through thorough testing and verification against company and regulatory standards Preferably hold a Commercial Driver License Class A or Class B Value a customer-oriented, inclusive workplace that respects diverse perspectives and fosters collaboration Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
