Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on semi trucks and trailers, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, air systems and electrical components. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service. Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify potential problems early and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Document all repairs accurately in maintenance logs and communicate findings clearly to team members or customers when necessary. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, air brake systems, suspension systems, HVAC units, and tire service. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and electronic troubleshooting methods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients or team members.
