What You'll Do As part of our service team, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment. You'll receive hands-on training while developing the skills needed to become an independent field or shop technician.
Responsibilities include:
Perform preventative maintenance, including filter and fluid changes. Install and replace rubber tracks and undercarriage components. Assist with inspections and repairs on heavy equipment. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with guidance from experienced technicians. Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify equipment issues. Maintain accurate service records and complete work safely and efficiently. Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area. Mechanical experience through work, school, military, farming, automotive, diesel, or personal projects. Equipment experience is preferred but not required .
