Are you passionate about the automotive industry and customer service? We're seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you! As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their vehicle service needs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Your goal will be to build lasting relationships with customers while facilitating high-quality service for their vehicles. Applicants for this position must have a production mindset and be able to effectively partner with our flat-rate technicians. You'll be responsible for maximizing shop efficiency and ensuring timely service delivery by collaborating closely with the team. Additionally, we expect candidates to embody a servant leadership mentality and put the needs of our guests first. Our goal is not just to provide service but to create fans, not customers .Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in understanding their vehicle's needs Perform vehicle inspections and consult with customers on necessary repairs and maintenance Provide accurate price estimates and detailed explanations of service recommendations Schedule service appointments and follow up on repairs to ensure customer satisfaction Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of service requests Maintain service records, manage parts orders, and handle warranty documentation Upsell products and services that are in line with customers' needs Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner Promote a positive and customer-focused work environment Collaborate with flat-rate technicians to ensure efficient workflow and maximize productivity in the service department Demonstrate a servant-first mentality, aiming to exceed guest expectations and build lasting relationshipsRequirements:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including experience with dealership software A valid driver's license and a clean driving record ASE Certification preferred, but not required A production-focused mindset and experience working with flat-rate technicians Servant-first attitude with a focus on creating fans, not customersBenefits:
