Experienced Automotive Service Advisor Russ's Auto & Tire Service - Scottsboro, AL Are you an experienced automotive service advisor who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building trust, and keeping the shop running efficiently? We're looking for a motivated, professional service advisor who knows the industry and wants to be part of a growing, high-performing team.

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation: $55,000-$85,000+ annually (base pay plus performance bonuses, depending on experience and results). Performance-based bonus and incentive programs. 40-hour work week. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience. Build estimates and explain repairs clearly and honestly. Recommend maintenance and repairs with integrity. Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process. Keep customers informed from check-in to vehicle delivery. Schedule appointments and manage workflow. Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation. Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

Automotive service advisor experience required. Strong communication and sales skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Organized and detail-oriented. Experience with Tekmetric is a plus. Valid driver's license.
