Responsibilities:

Automotive Technician - Evening Schedule (5pm - 12am) Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on GM vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Utilize GM diagnostic tools, software, and service procedures Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians Deliver excellent customer service and uphold Cadillac's luxury service standards

Qualifications:

2+ years of automotive technician experience, preferably in a GM dealership environment Ability to work an evening schedule, 5pm to 12am. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with GM scan tools and repair procedures ASE Certification(s) preferred High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be 21+ for insurance purposes) Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic Willingness to continue education and maintain GM certification levels At Cadillac of Bentonville, we don't just service vehicles — we build careers .
