Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint & Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and experience in RV/auto paint, fiberglass repair, sanding, prepping, & more. This role requires the ability to disassemble/assemble RV's & travel trailers, as well as, repair fiberglass and paint damages. Responsibilities Perform RV/auto body repair and restoration tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Surface Preparation :

Ensuring vehicles are clean, smooth, and ready for painting. This includes washing, sanding, and masking surfaces.

Paint Application :

Applying paint using various techniques such as spraying, solvents, and clear coats to ensure a smooth and even finish.

Finishing and Polishing :

Removing masking materials, inspecting for overspray or imperfections, and sanding or buffing the surface to achieve a polished finish.

Quality Checks :

Monitoring the quality of the paint job and ensuring it meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Safety Compliance :

Adhering to safety regulations and procedures in the paint shop to protect both the technician and the vehicle. Provide accurate estimating for repair materials and timeframes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Experience Proven experience in auto restoration, auto body repair, or related fields is preferred. 5 year + preferred. Experience in assembling rv/automotive components and performing heavy lifting tasks. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
