Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Roadside Assistance Technician, where you will be the frontline hero for motorists in distress. In this energetic role, you'll provide prompt, professional support to drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. Responsibilities Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, arriving prepared to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues on-site Perform vehicle repairs including tire changes, battery jumps, unlocks, and fuel delivery Ensure all safety protocols are followed during roadside interventions to protect yourself and motorists Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems and components Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters Experience with vehicle maintenance and minor repairs in a roadside or automotive setting Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused attitude Physical stamina to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and lift heavy equipment when needed This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their technical expertise while delivering exceptional service.
