J. Pauley Toyota Express Lane Technician Join Our Team! We're looking for a motivated, dependable Toyota Express Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service department. If you're passionate about automotive repair, take pride in quality work, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform Toyota Express Maintenance services, including: Oil and filter changes Tire rotations Multi-point vehicle inspections Battery testing and replacement Wiper blade replacement Air filter and cabin filter replacement Fluid top-offs and basic maintenance services Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on inspection findings. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow Toyota repair procedures and dealership standards. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians. Qualifications Previous automotive maintenance experience preferred but not required. Toyota experience or Toyota certifications are a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
