Pauley Toyota Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician Master Technicians Wanted - Top Pay, Advanced Equipment, and a Shop That Values Your Expertise We're seeking an experienced Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you're a Toyota Certified Master Technician who thrives on solving complex vehicle concerns, mentoring other technicians, and delivering exceptional workmanship, we want to talk with you. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, hybrid, and ADAS systems on Toyota vehicles. Perform advanced troubleshooting using Toyota GTS+ and factory diagnostic procedures. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to Toyota factory standards. Mentor and support apprentice and line technicians. Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and diagnostic findings. Maintain accurate documentation for warranty and repair orders. Stay current with Toyota technical training, service bulletins, and emerging vehicle technologies. What We're Looking For Toyota Certified Master Technician preferred. ASE Master Certification is a plus. Proven diagnostic experience with electrical, engine performance, transmission, hybrid, and advanced vehicle systems. Strong understanding of Toyota repair procedures and warranty requirements. Ability to efficiently diagnose difficult vehicle concerns while maintaining quality and productivity. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
