Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and equipment maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems within recreational vehicles. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on RV systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble, maintain, and repair RV components. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair needs and timelines. Solder electrical connections as needed to ensure proper functionality of automotive electrical systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or equipment repair is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems related to recreational vehicles is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to RV maintenance are a plus.
