Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as an Oil Change Technician, where your expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied! In this energetic role, you will perform essential oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance with precision and efficiency. Duties Perform oil changes quickly and accurately using hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional maintenance needs Use mechanical knowledge to replace filters, fluids, and perform routine maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all service procedures. Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's condition and recommend additional services when appropriate. Support the team with heavy lifting tasks and other maintenance duties to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred; hands-on mechanic experience is a strong plus. But not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with clients and explain services clearly. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in a physically demanding environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; sales or upselling experience is a bonus for promoting additional services. $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
