Job Summary•Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction in our Arkansas (AR) posting. Job Responsibilities•Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections of vehicles, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, belts, hoses, and lights. Advise customers on recommended maintenance and services based on inspection findings, clearly explaining the benefits and costs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper disposal of hazardous waste. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies as needed. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shop operations. Job Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field is preferred, but not required (training will be provided). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of automotive systems and components. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
