Mainline Automotive Technician Horne Mazda | Avondale, AZ $35-$40 Per Flat Rate Hour | Full-Time Immediate Opening | Family-Owned Dealership Join the Horne Mazda Service Team Horne Mazda in Avondale is looking for an experienced Mainline Automotive Technician to join our busy service department. We're looking for technicians who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive concerns and who take pride in producing quality work. Compensation & Incentives $35-$40 per flat rate hour Production bonuses Productivity incentives Annual longevity bonus Tool allowance High-volume service department with consistent workflow What You'll Do Perform automotive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs Accurately diagnose customer concerns and vehicle issues Complete multi-point inspections Perform warranty repairs according to Mazda manufacturer specifications Use diagnostic equipment, scan tools and special service tools Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, HVAC and other vehicle systems Properly document diagnostic procedures and completed repairs Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors Maintain an organized and professional work area Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards What We're Looking For 2+ years of automotive dealership technician experience required Mainline technician experience required Import or Mazda experience preferred Mazda certifications strongly preferred EV certification is a plus Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Professional, team-oriented attitude Basic computer skills Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits & Perks $35-$40 flat rate pay Production and productivity bonuses Annual longevity bonus Tool allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid vacation Employee vehicle discounts Paid Mazda factory training Paid ASE testing Long-term career advancement opportunities Why Horne Mazda?
