Automotive Technician

We are looking for an experienced automotive technician to join our team. Preferably, someone who is excellent at diagnostics, air conditioning, and alignments. We offer weekends off and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures.
• Conduct inspections and testing of vehicle systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Must have own tools, shop will provide diagnostic equipment and special tools.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
• Proficient in performing automotive service and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Experience with alignments.
• Experience with Air Conditioning
• Experience with Diagnostics
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
