Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fuel/Lube Technician with a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance, fueling, and lubrication services to ensure our fleet operates smoothly and efficiently. Your mechanical expertise will help keep our operations running seamlessly. Duties Perform fuelings, oil changes, and lubrication services on a variety of commercial vehicles and equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards Conduct minor mechanical repairs including tire service, automotive fluid replacement, and basic diagnostics to maintain vehicle performance Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment to complete maintenance tasks efficiently Assist with equipment and vehicle inspections, and general maintenance to ensure safety compliance and optimal operation Support heavy lifting activities required for filter replacements, fluid refills, and mechanical repairs while following proper safety protocols Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including fuel logs, maintenance reports, and repair documentation Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with other team members regarding vehicle status and maintenance needs Skills Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of heavy equipment systems and repairs Ability to operate commercial vehicles with a Class A CDL license Skilled in diagnostics to identify issues quickly and accurately Mechanical knowledge encompassing oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment for maintenance tasks Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing maintenance work in various environmental conditions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and team members Embark on a career that combines technical mastery with exceptional service!
