Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Oil Change Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance services! In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes and basic vehicle inspections, ensuring our customers' vehicles run smoothly and reliably. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will help maintain our reputation for quality service, while providing a positive experience for every customer. Duties Perform oil changes efficiently using hand tools and power tools, following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues such as fluid leaks, tire wear, or brake concerns Assist with tire service, including rotation, balancing, and alignment checks to optimize vehicle performance Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify engine or system problems when necessary Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance needs Support the team with general vehicle maintenance tasks such as filter replacements and fluid top-offs Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics Familiarity with automotive service procedures including oil change, tire service, and basic repairs Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, alignment, and general repairs Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform manual tasks throughout shifts Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn new skills in automotive diagnostics and maintenance Join us to accelerate your career in the automotive industry!
