We are a growing car rental company in Phoenix looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional person to join our team. This position is a mix of customer service, front desk support, computer work, and daily rental operations . It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a small, growing team.What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist rental customers Handle basic computer work, reservations, and rental paperwork Answer customer questions by phone and in person Help coordinate vehicle pickups and returns Perform basic vehicle inspections and staging Occasionally assist with customer shuttle/pickup needs Occasionally Help with vehicle cleaning and preparation when needed Help keep the front desk and work area organized Support the team with general day-to-day operationsWhat We're Looking For:
Friendly and professional personality Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable, punctual, and organized Valid driver's license and safe driving habits Comfortable driving different types of vehicles Willing to assist with vehicle cleaning and preparation at times Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, retail, or rental experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
